About The Event
Each summer, after students and teachers leave and school hallways grow quiet, leaders are given a rare moment to reflect on the past year and prepare for the next. While this transition can feel isolating, it does not have to be faced alone.
This Community of Practice brings together like-minded leaders to share insights, celebrate accomplishments, examine challenges, and plan for the important work ahead. Grounded in the belief that strong communities sustain their members, the group creates opportunities for connection, collaboration, and mutual support.
Together, participants strengthen their leadership and build the capacity to support thriving school communities. SCHEDULE
